Dr. Riggs provided the most thorough eye exam I've ever had. Technical, educational and as you know it's the ones that make it look easy that are the best! The entire office and staff evoke a team experience that says a lot about Dr. Riggs. I'm so glad to find this office as it's so close to home.

Dr. Riggs and his staff are very friendly. I always feel welcome in the office. Dr. Riggs is a very knowledgeable Dr. He treated me after a terrible eye injury and literally saved my vision. The treatment was top of the line and very effective. I am so grateful to him. After my treatment, I returned to the office for my annual exam and took two of my children as well. I will not go to any other Dr for eye care needs.

This is by far the best eye doctor I’ve ever visited. Dr. Riggs is a very thorough and detailed clinician. He’s highly trained and skilled, passionate about his work, and stays up to date in his field. He takes the time to explain test results, offers valuable education and resources, and eases any concerns I have. He’s diligent in documenting visits, which gives me peace of mind knowing there’s a complete record to refer to in the future. His recommendations have motivated me to take better care of my eyes, something I’ve never experienced with previous eye exams. This office is equipped with advanced technology and testing devices, and the comprehensive exams give me full confidence in the accuracy of the results. I’m especially grateful that my prescription is now perfect, achieving 20/20 vision with both glasses and contacts despite my astigmatism. The office is professional, and I always feel well taken care of. While it’s understandable that Dr. Riggs may feel a bit rushed when the office is busy, being on time helps ensure I'm getting the most out of my appointment. Rebecca at the front desk is kind and accommodating. When I experienced an emergency eye issue, I was able to book an appointment and be seen quickly. The gallery wall is also interesting and eye-opening for eye health. I rarely leave reviews, but this one is well deserved. Dr. Riggs sets the bar for how every eye doctor and office should be. Im very thankfull for all the procedures he went thru the day i walked in for a Corneal Foreign Body object in my left eye. My daughter and I have been patients of Dr. Riggs since 2019, and I can confidently say that he is an exceptional eye doctor. Dr. Riggs is proficient, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable about eye health. His inquisitive and smart approach to optometry reassures me that we are receiving excellent care. I appreciate that Dr. Riggs stays up-to-date with the latest advancements in optometry, ensuring that we benefit from best practices. At the office there is a gallery wall of optometric photography of various eye diseases and conditions. It’s interesting for me as I love to learn, and comforting to know he’s helped many people with serious eye conditions. Also, the staff at the clinic are friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. This has been especially beneficial for my daughter, making our visits not only professional but also comfortable. They are very helpful selecting new frames and the eyeglass fittings are spot on. If you are in search of a family optometrist, I couldn't recommend Family Eyecare Center and Dr. Riggs more.
